Based on individual performance goals and organizational requirements, with strict considerations of learning styles and business limitations, I customize materials or learning packages (user’s manuals, job-aids, training modules, etc.) that are comprehensible and executable.

4. Training and Workshop Facilitation

I use a variety of well-conceived structured learning activities with strict consideration of contemporary adult learning styles in such events as strategic planning, project planning, team building, and other learning sessions aimed at converting concepts into actions.
