As a Learning and Performance Specialist, I have designed and developed hundreds of learning packages for public and business organizations in various industries.

My facilitative approach in soft skills training, strategic planning, team-building, and other needs-based engagements have remarkably been making an impact among working professionals. My works cover the whole learning cycle: Analysis, Design, Development, Delivery and Evaluation.
